Hugger Provisional Bridge
Hugger Bridges are composed of a patented nano-hybrid resin and are the non-invasive, long-term provisional solution to many of your special restorative and routine emergency needs in both the anterior and posterior regions. Hugger Bridges are custom-designed with fiber-reinforced, radiopaque TrueVitality™ composite resin, available exclusively through LUMINEERS® Smile Design Studio. This formulation offers a “flexibility” that gives Hugger Bridges greater resilience, produces maximum resistance to applied stress and provides a wear rate that is less than half of amalgam.
Hugger Bridges are an ideal alternative for patients who wish to avoid shots and painful removal of tooth structure associated with fixed conventional bridges, partials and implants. Conversely, if an implant is placed, Hugger Bridges can be used to protect the implant site during osseous integration. The Hugger Bridge is also an excellent non-invasive option for single tooth replacements with a pontic span of 10mm or less. Instead of abutment crowns, the design incorporates abutment clasps attached to the pontic, allowing them to be bonded to enamel. Because they are bonded to enamel, they can later be removed with minimal impact to the abutment teeth.
Truevitality™ Labial Bridge & Lingual Bridge
TrueVitality is a proprietary nano-hybrid composite resin that allows us to create our minimally invasive TrueVitality labial and lingual bridges. The structure of these bridges allows slight “flexibility” that makes TrueVitality bridges extremely resilient. Plus, TrueVitality is a radiopaque material. Highly esthetic, these bridges create beautiful, long-lasting labial and lingual anterior restorations.
