• Take impressions and make model(s).
• Have 2mm Bioplast appliance(s) made by your lab, or in-office. Trim to extend 2-3mm beyond the gingival margin.
• Deliver the appliance(s) to the patient along with the EOB Starter Kit (Oral Irrigant, Toothpaste, and Foamer),* and the instructions. Generally, the EXXCL Oral Health Recovery System requires 5 to 6 days to virtually eliminate infection and another 4 to 6 weeks for hard and soft tissues to recover and stabilize. Maintain stabilization therapy, as needed.

• Replace their regular toothpaste and mouthwash with EOB products for the duration of their treatment.
• Brush and rinse with EOB products, per your instructions.
• Load the appliance(s) using the EOB Foamer and wear throughout the night.
• In the morning, wash appliance(s) with soap and warm water and allow to air dry.
• Repeat for as many days or weeks as you instruct. Continued use of EOB products, instead of regular toothpaste and mouthwash, is recommended to maintain and maximize your patient’s enhanced oral health. Over-the-counter products have no impact on biofilm pathogens.
