How long can I continue placing product orders through DenMat?
Product orders will be managed by DenMat through March 2, 2020. Any calls into DenMat’s phone lines on 3/2/2020 or after will be redirected (via warm transfer) to Henry Schein Canada. Please visit Henry Schein Canada to order online.
If I do not have a Henry Schein Canada Account, will I need to set up a new account with Henry Schein or will my DenMat Account be transferred?
You will have a Henry Schein account opened already for you.
Will the current DenMat part numbers (SKUs) remain the same or will they be changed to a Henry Schein numbering system? If a change is made, how will I be notified?
The current SKUs will be changed in Henry Schein’s system and will cross reference with DenMat’s SKUs.
What are the shipping fees for sending a case to DenMat Lab?

How do I return/exchange orders placed originally through DenMat prior to March 2nd?

Will my current balance due on my DenMat account transfer to my Henry Schein Canada Account?
No, you will need to continue to pay your DenMat account balance according to your recent invoice from DenMat.
How do I check on my current balance – through DenMat or Henry Schein?

I’m currently on a payment plan for equipment with DenMat, do I continue to pay DenMat, or will that payment plan transfer to Henry Schein Canada?
Yes, you will continue to pay DenMat.
What effect will this change have on the delivery timing of products that I have currently on order with DenMat? What about those ordered in the near future?
No effect. You can expect the same delivery time that you have experienced in the past.
How will this affect shipping time for my products?
SKUs will be housed in Canada Henry Schein warehouses. Exception: drug skus – (will ship directly to customer – from different warehouse in Canada) – ProDenRx, Fluoridex, Atridox, Chlorhexidine
