ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

DenMat.com account activation is currently available for U.S. customers only. Account activation may take up to the end of the next business day to process. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. If you place an order before account activation is completed, the commitment to the chosen shipping method begins at the moment of account activation. You will be notified when your order has shipped.


DELIVERY
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.


ORDERING
So that we may provide you the best service possible, please make sure you are ordering the correct size, quantity, shade, and material application. If we make an error or if your order was inaccurate, we will make every attempt to remedy the error as quickly as possible. But you must call within 30 days from where the order was placed. All orders may be subject to shipping and handling. “Rush” orders or orders requiring special handling may be subject to additional charges..


CANCELLATIONS / RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
To cancel an order that has not shipped, please call your Customer Care Advisor. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it. If your order has shipped, please obtain a Return Authorization Number from your Customer Care Advisorbecause we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Return Shipping Labels will be provided to you if an order was sent to you in error.


LIMITED WARRANTY
Professional Consumable Products: While we believe you and your patients will be delighted with our products, we understand that 100% satisfaction is not always possible. In such event, we are happy to replace or refund your purchase price of any DenMat professional consumable product that is defective if you notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. This is your exclusive remedy.

Equipment: We are happy to diagnose and repair DenMat equipment found defective within the equipment warranty period. Equipment outside of the warranty period will be evaluated and subject to the results of evaluation. DenMat will contact you with a price quotation for the cost of repairs or replacement, if applicable. Any repairs may be made with new or refurbished parts at the sole discretion of DenMat. The warranty period for your equipment is provided with your purchase.

  • Shipping and handling charges for equipment within warranty will be paid for by DenMat.

  • Shipping and handling charges for equipment outside warranty and for professional consumable products is the responsibility of the customer.

This is a limited warranty (for both Professional consumable Products and Equipment) and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is void if the product is improperly stored or used. There are no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Before using this product, you agree that it is your responsibility for determining whether it is suitable for the intended use and will assume risk and liability associated with use of the product. You agree that DenMat will not be liable for any economic, incidental or consequential loss or damage that arises out of the use of or the inability to use its products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


PAYMENT TERMS

Generally purchases are required to be paid by credit card. Upon approval, DenMat will invoice you for your purchase. Payment is due on your account within 30 days of Invoice date. In the event your account balance is past due, we reserve the right to impose a service charge of 1.5% per month to your account until payment is brought current. In the event your account balance is substantially past due and we have no choice but to refer your account to a 3rd party for collection, please be aware that you will be responsible for any collection fees and expenses.


PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Consumables Returns (porcelain, materials, etc.):

  • Product returned within 30 days of purchase will be accepted for full refund. No questions asked.
  • If the product is defective and you notify us after 30 days, we would be happy to credit your account upon our confirmation that the product is defective.
  • We are unable to accept returns for products beyond 60 days. Returns received 31–60 days will be given a 50% credit return.
  • Please be aware that your account may be subject to shipping charges.
  • Promotional coupon credit has an expiration date of six (6) months from time of redemption.
  • Concession credits have an expiration date of six (6) months from time of application.
  • Incorrect product shipped to a customer: Products will be promptly replaced with correct product upon DenMat issuing RMA number. If the incorrect products have not been received by DenMat within 30 days of issuance of the RMA number, the customer will be charged for the products. All returned products must be in original, unopened condition.
  • Damaged products: Products that have been damaged in-transit to the customer will be replaced within 30 days of receipt by the customer, at no charge to the customer.

Equipment Returns:

  • Product returned within 30 days of purchase will be accepted for full refund. No questions asked.
  • We are happy to repair or replace equipment within its warranty period. DenMat retains sole discretion to determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
  • Equipment within warranty will be repaired according to the terms of the specific equipment warranty.
  • Equipment outside warranty will be repaired according to the terms of the specific equipment warranty, with all charges (including parts, labor) paid by the customer.
  • Please be aware that your account may be subject to shipping charges.
  • Equipment returned for credit 31–60 days from date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Equipment returned within 30 days from date of purchase will be given full credit of the purchase price.
  • Incorrect product shipped to a customer: Products will be promptly replaced with correct product upon DenMat issuing RMA number. If the incorrect products have not been received by DenMat within 30 days of issuance of the RMA number, the customer will be charged for the products. All returned products must be in original, unopened condition.
  • Damaged products: Products that have been damaged in-transit to the customer will be replaced, within 30 days of receipt by the customer, at no charge to the customer.

INDEMNITY 

You agree to hold DenMat and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against any claim, loss, damage or expense, including attorney’s fees and court costs, arising from or related to your use or misuse of DenMat’s products.

Orders cannot be returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number. In the event there was an error with the order, DenMat will provide Return Shipping Labels for your convenience.

PAYMENT TERMS
If payment terms apply, DenMat appreciates payment on your account within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event your account balance is past due, we reserve the right to impose a finance charge of 1.5% of any past due amount, per month for each month that the account is past due, until the account is current. In the event your account balance is substantially past due, DenMat may refer your account to a third party agency for collection and additional collection fees may be applicable.



PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1. Consumables Returns (Non-Equipment):

  • Product returns will only be accepted by DenMat with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by DenMat.

  • Product returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will be accepted for full credit/refund, less any applicable shipping charges on the original purchase. No questions asked.

  • If the product is defective and you notify us after 30 days, DenMat would be pleased to issue a credit to your account for the returned product, upon our confirmation that the product is defective.

  • We are unable to accept returns for product beyond 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returns received by DenMat between 31 and 60 days from date of purchase will be issued a credit to the account by DenMat, equal to 50% of the original purchase price.

  • Please be aware additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

2. Equipment Returns:

  • Equipment returns will only be accepted by DenMat with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by DenMat.

  • Equipment returned to DenMat within 30 days from date of purchase will be issued a credit to the account in an amount equal to the full amount of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges on the original purchase.

  • Equipment returned for credit between 31and 60 days from date of purchase will be subject to a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price.

  • DenMat would be pleased to repair or replace equipment within its warranty period. DenMat retains sole discretion to determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

  • Equipment returned to DenMat within the warranty period will be repaired according to the terms of the warranty policy for that particular equipment.

  • Equipment returned to DenMat for which the warranty period has expired will be repaired according to the terms of the out-of-warranty policy for that particular equipment, and in accordance with any approved repair quotation pricing as mentioned above (additional charges may include, for example, parts and labor).

  • Please be aware that additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
