Dear DenMat Customers,
We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and related guidelines put forth by the State of California as well as the federal government. We remain committed to serving our customers around the world and will continue to support the profession in every way possible.
Our top priority is to minimize risk for our customers and employees. Out of an abundance of caution, we have cancelled our upcoming continuing education programs through the end of April and have eliminated all non-critical travel for our employees. In our headquarters located here in Lompoc, California we are encouraging employees to work remotely as much as possible and adjusting shift schedules to adhere to Social Distancing guidelines.
As a customer, these temporary adjustments should not impact your ability to contact DenMat, place orders or receive product and/or laboratory shipments in a timely manner. Our sales and support teams continue to be available during our normal business hours to service you and your practice. In addition, our website is available 24 hours a day to process orders and track your lab cases. Should anything change, we will do our best to notify you immediately.
These are trying times, but we are confident that our efforts will result in continued operations for our customers and a safe environment for our employees.
