Dear DenMat Customers,

 

DenMat is committed to supporting the many dedicated dental professionals that continue to provide essential services for the duration of the COVID-19 event and beyond.

 

As you may be aware, California Governor Gavin Newsom issued a statewide “stay at home” order effective Thursday evening, March 19, 2020. We are vigilantly monitoring the situation and related guidelines put forth by the State of California as well as the federal government. 

 

As a medical device company whose products and services support the dental industry and the health of patients around the world, DenMat continues to remain operational.

 

Our top priority is to minimize risk for our customers and employees. Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented the following protective measures:

 

  • Cancellation of on-location events through end of April
  • Suspension of nonessential travel
  • Suspension of in-practice visits by sales representatives
  • Elimination of outside visitors to our buildings
  • Remote work by employees when possible
  • 6-foot social distancing when on-site
  • Separation of shifts when on-site
  • Increased cleaning and sterilization

 

Our sales and support teams continue to be available during our normal business hours to service you and your practice. In addition, our website is available 24 hours a day to process orders and track your lab cases. Should anything change, we will do our best to notify you immediately.  

 

These are trying times, but we are confident that our efforts will result in continued operations for our customers and a safe environment for our employees.
