About Sally Kashani, DDS

Sally Kashani, DDS, is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry. After graduating from UCLA, she completed two years of a general practice residency at the Veterans Hospital in Sepulveda, California, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Kashani has received extensive training in cosmetic, surgical, periodontal and implant dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, The San Fernando Valley Dental Society, Alpha Omega Dental Society, and a provider for the Holocaust Survivor’s Program. She has also been featured on the hit TV show “The Doctors.” She started her practice in Toluca Lake California, which today treats many celebrity clients and works with nearby movie studios such as NBC, Disney and Universal Studios. Dr. Kashani’s detailed knowledge in the art of dentistry, the care she provides for her patients’ oral and overall health, and her experience in cosmetic procedures makes her one of the most sought after dentists in Los Angeles.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to DenMat prior to the first day of the course for a refund. A full refund of the course tuition will be granted for cancellation requests documented seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled course date. Fifty percent of the course fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled course date.

DenMat Education reserves the right to cancel any course, limit enrollment, modify the announced content, or change the location, time, date, and faculty of any course, as deemed necessary or advisable. Should DenMat Education cancel a course, DenMat Education’s liability is limited to a full refund of the course fee.
