Often referred to as the “godfather of American implant dentistry,” Dr. Niznick will discuss the past, present and future of dental implants.
Dr. Peter Harnois outlines an innovative proven system that reduces stress and provides predictable, repeatable esthetic results. This lecture will cover concepts in minimally invasive smile design, proven placement techniques, patient-approved complementary provisionals, and chairside tools that accelerate veneer case acceptance.
Through case presentation and a hands-on clinic, Dr. Apolinar Madrigal demonstrates how utilizing diode laser technology allows you to perform more procedures, with less chair time, and with more predictable results than traditional methods.

Gerald A. Niznick DMD MSD
Dr. Gerald A. Niznick was the founder and President of Core-Vent Dental Implant Company from 1982-2001. Dr. Niznick sold Core-Vent (dba Paragon) and launched Implant Direct in 2006, developing the industry’s first “lights-out” 24-7 manufacturing facility. He sold Implant Direct to Danaher in 2013. From 1982-2017, Dr. Niznick was issued 33 U.S. Patents on dental implant related products. He has received several honorary doctorate degrees, numerous awards from professional organizations, and was referred to as "a prosthodontist and entrepreneur who is considered by many as the godfather of American implant dentistry” by Barron’s Magazine.
Peter Harnois DDS
Dr. Peter Harnois has been practicing general and esthetic dentistry in Hinsdale, IL for over 40 years. With a passion for esthetic and minimally Invasive dentistry, he has seated more than 7,000 veneers to date. He is the President of the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The World Clinical Laser Institute, The American Dental Association, and The Chicago Dental Society. He is also a Fellow and Diplomat faculty member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He is a nationally recognized lecturer and educator known for his coherent and interactive style.
Apolinar Madrigal DDS
Dr. Apolinar Madrigal is a restorative and implant dentist who operates dental practices in both California and Mexico. He graduated from the University of La Salle in Leon, where he earned his DDS. He is a faculty member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Madrigal is a recognized lecturer, who presents both internationally and domestically on a myriad of subjects including implant dentistry, laser technology, clinical photography and minimally invasive veneers.
Paul Homoly DDS CSP
Dr. Paul Homoly is a leading voice on the topics of treatment acceptance for complete dentistry, practice development, and influential communications. Paul practiced reconstructive dentistry for twenty years in Charlotte, North Carolina. During that time, he had seven university affiliations and received numerous awards and honors for his service in dental associations and private teaching institutes. Dr. Homoly is the author of the treatment acceptance online programs Making It Easy for Patients to Say “YES!”,$25,000 and UP!and Case Acceptance Skills for New Dentists. Dr. Homoly holds the highest earned designation in professional speaking from the National Speakers Association – Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
